Braciole - The Polish Interpretation
Italian Braciole - Breaded tenderized flank steak roll stuffed w/ spinach, 3 Italian cheeses, and our famous Fresh Polish kielbasa.
Bake in an oven safe dish or pan for 45 min to an hour at 350F; then cover with your favorite tomato or cream based sauce and continue baking uncovered for an additional 30 to 40min. Slice hot and be sure to remove the three lengths of butchers twine; serve over pasta and garnish with a sprig of parsley. Smacznego!
