Shipping Policy:

Orders will usually ship within ten days of receipt and a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number so you can prepare to receive your order. Orders will be shipped out no later than Tuesday each week. Orders must be placed by Monday at noon EST to be received by the weekend. Orders received after noon EST on Monday will be shipped the following week. Shipping/Receiving times may be extended during Holiday weeks, please order early. UPS is instructed to release the package without signature at the ship to address in the event no one is home to receive the package. Requests for specific delivery dates may be made via email to MrStanley@StanleysMarket.com. All attempts will be made fulfill requests made in a timely manner.

Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Please note that Stanley's Market looses control of the package to UPS and is not responsible or liable for shipping delays related to an incorrect shipping address, adverse weather conditions, requested delivery to PO boxes, changes to shipping address, delivery refusal or as a result of the recipient not being available at the time of delivery. If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately and do not dispose of the product or packaging.

All orders are shipped frozen, packed with a sub-zero ice pack and then insulated for 2-3 day shipping. The packaging is designed to keep the product under refrigeration conditions until it is recieved.

For many orders (especially outside the Great Lakes/Midwest) there is a UPS minimum shipping cost up to about 12lbs (which would be about 5 packs of kielbasa). The order specific UPS shipping cost can be seen at the bottom of the checkout screen after entering your shipping information where you enter your billing information. The more you order in a single shipment the lower the shipping cost per pound. We recommend combining orders with family & friends or ordering for multiple holidays/gift giving occasions and storing the extra in the freezer. The product will hold nicely in the freezer for three months or so without any quality losses. Please note: Stanley's Market has no control over shipping costs. These are set by UPS.

Our website adds up the weight of your order as you add items to the shopping cart. When you enter your “shipping information” the cart sends the total package weight and zip code to the UPS site and using our commercial shipping discount returns the shipping costs. You can view UPS shipping costs on the checkout page before you enter your credit card info and click submit.
